Taleb Property engaged Insight Project Services to oversee and project manage the design and construction of a new mixed use residential development in Wolli Creek, NSW.



The site is 1,113sqm and sits between two medium rise residential buildings.

The new development consists of 36 apartments across 9 storeys, with a retail unit on ground floor, 45 car bays, and ancillary amenity facilities. The shape of the site is very irregular, being narrow and long, and presented one of the main challenges for the project in trying to maximise yield while maintaining functional and saleable residential units.
