Insight Project Services were appointed as Project Managers for the $350M redevelopment of the Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre located on Pinjarra Road, Mandurah some 70km south west of Perth. The property is owned in partnership by Vicinity Centres and ISPT.

The project encapsulates a major refurbishment and expansion of the existing centre from 38,750m2 to 63,530m2 of mixed use retail. The redevelopment elevates Mandurah Forum to a centre of regional significance, to cater for the retail and lifestyle aspirations of the Mandurah community and the wider catchment extending into the southwest of the State.

Insight Project Services was engaged to provide specialist advice and support for the overall contracting strategy and carried out the day-to-day management of consultants, contractors and suppliers from the concept design phase through to final completion of the centre in March 2018.

The project includes the demolition of a considerable part of the centre, the construction of approximately 25,000m2 of new retail area which includes a new Target, H&M, David Jones, a 500 seat food court and an indoor/outdoor casual dining precinct. An additional 630 car bays has been created on a new deck above the expansion along with reconfigured on-grade parking.
