Firmus Capital engaged Insight Project Services to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the redevelopment of Phoenix Shopping Centre in Spearwood Perth. The shopping centre includes over 50,000 sqm of retail space, multi-level carpark and loading docks. The retail space expands over 20,000 sqm housing major national retailers including Woolworths, Big W and Farmer Jacks.

The proposed redevelopment includes a dining precinct is with six new food and beverage outlets, creating a hub for the centre and adding after hours trading. The proposed redevelopment will also include the introduction of travelators, and lifts to improve the vertical integration of the centre and the loading strategy of the centre. The proposed tavern will be built as an extension of the southern carpark and will be vertically integrated with lift and stair access.

The redevelopment is planned to occur in a staged approach to assist with the continuation of trade as the works are delivered.
