Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Lindsay Australia Transport Depot and Distribution Facility in WA.

The site is 33,284sqm and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of Lindsay Australia. 

The facility consists of a 3,000sqm coolroom, 850sqm freezer, 300sqm truck maintenance area and 1,115sqm dry goods warehouse. An office of 420sqm will be provided and parking for 63 cars. The external hardstand comprises approximately 19,000sqm of heavy-duty and light-duty concrete pavement. The facility stores refrigerated stock for Lindsay Australia customers for distribution throughout WA.

Refuelling, Washdown and Weighbridge facilities are also provided on site. 

Lindsay Australia’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception.
