CK Group engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new 92 place G8 Childcare Centre including; preschool kindergarten, long day care, short day care, after school care and weekend care, located at 10 – 14 Oswald St, Victoria Park, Perth.

The site is a brownfield site of 1,102sqm in area and includes five activity zones, numerous art benches, sleep outs, prep areas, three child friendly bathroom facilities, with a new reception, kitchen, office and staff amenities across ground and first floor levels. 18 carparking bays are provided as well as two separate outdoor playscape areas totalling 674sqm.

The project provides a change in urban landscape to this area of Vic Park, through complete internal re-fit of a previous warehouse, to form the new childcare centre.
