 Dexus engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Speculative Warehouse at the Jandakot Airport Estate. The new facility has been designed for utilisation by any typical logistics provider.



The facility consists of a 25,000sqm warehouse facility, two 250 sqm offices and a 60sqm dock office. The external hardstand comprises of approximately 6,500 sqm of heavy-duty concrete pavement, and 3,750 sqm of asphalt for parking facilities. Dexus set high standards for the structure and finish for this speculative build.
