Insight Project Services assisted Firmus Property with project management and superintendent services for various projects to their existing commercial asset at 16 Victoria Avenue, Perth. 


The building is 9 storeys, with 8 levels of commercial office, a ground floor lobby, 3 ground floor tenancies and a basement car park. 


IPS were involved in managing a number of project over a 3 year period, including; general base building upgrades; commercial office fit-outs; food and beverage tenancy retail fit-out; and essential services infrastructure upgrades. 


IPS worked closely with Firmus to ensure that new and existing tenants needs were being met at all times, and that all works were completed without any incidents and with minimal disruption.
