Dexus engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the Mondiale VGL Container storage facility at the Jandakot Airport Estate Western Australia. The new facility has been designed as a bespoke single tenancy to the needs of the Tenant.

The proposed development includes 5,370 sqm of warehouse, an 84 sqm gate house office, a 120 sqm main office, a fuel canopy, a 20 sqm outdoor alfresco and 10,700 sqm of specialised sigma slab hardstand. There are 25 carparking bays for staff and 7 truck trailer bays.



The hardstand is being constructed with a seamless and stormwater grate free solution, which is critical to suit Tenant operations. As always, we are assisting Dexus to deliver a high standard design which will continue though to the completion of the project.
