CK Group engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new 92 place Think NIDO Childcare Centre located at 14 Kembla Way, Willetton, W.A.

The site is a brownfield site of 2,372sqm in area with net leasable area of 691.2sqm, notably 6 group activity areas in addition to three separate outdoor playscape areas to both ground and first floor levels totalling 665.8sqm, with availability of 26 car bays.



The project sits on an amalgamated lot from two previous uses being a residence off Herald Ave and industrial off Kembla Way. The centre has been strategically designed for the facade to integrate with existing residences along Herald Ave whilst; parking, outdoor play areas and business operations positioned in closer proximity to the industrial zone facing Kembla Way, thus not detracting from any residential aesthetics notable in Willetton.
