CK Group engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new 92 place Think NIDO Childcare Centre located at 56 – 58 Carrington Street, Palmyra, W.A.

The site is a brownfield site of 2,095sqm in area with a total internal floor area of 769.2sqm and includes 6 group activity spaces, as well as 655sqm of outdoor playscape space. The project also caters for 16 onsite car bays, 7 existing on-street visitor parking, 2 motorcycle bays and 4 bicycle parking bays.

The project is unique in that the existing heritage residential building facade to the corner of Carrington and Tamar Street will remain, with the childcare seamlessly integrated for

an easy and aesthetically appealing transition between old and new.
