Ascot Capital engaged Insight Project Services as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of Bunzl Australasia Limited new South Australian office and primary warehouse distribution centre. 

The project brings together 4 existing sites in Adelaide into a single unified facility, purpose built to suit Bunzl’s requirements. The site includes a retail centre, wherein products that Bunzl store and sell are available for purchase direct to the public. A display and demonstration kitchen is included in the retail centre.

The site is 18,717m2 and the facility consists of a 8,420m2 warehouse, 1300m2 office and retail centre, 80 car-bays and all amenities and staff alfresco.

The collaboration between Bunzl, Ascot Capital and the builder Ahrens to achieve the occupant’s outcomes was outstanding and a credit to all involved.
