Taleb Property engaged Insight Project Services to oversee and project manage the design and construction of two new tyre services centre in Caringbah and Fairfield East, NSW.

The Caringbah site is 1,070sqm with a building area of 890sqm and associated car parking. The facility includes 3 tyre service work zones, storage areas, loading zones, staff amenities and a reception area.

The Fairfield East site is 3,499sqm with a building area of 1185.60sqm and associated car parking. The facility includes 3 tyre service work zones, storage areas, loading zones, staff amenities and a reception area.

Tempe Tyres operational requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception, with racking, loose furniture, security, IT, WIFI services all being delivered by IPS.
