Jandakot City Holdings (JCH) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the base building works for the new Western Diagnostics Head Office and Laboratory Facility in Jandakot.

The site is 19,796m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant. 

The facility consists of a 2,966m2 laboratory inclusive of amenities, a two (2) storey office of 1,690m2, 680m2 Warehouse and 575m2 of plant and service areas. The site will be provided with parking for 300 cars and 42 courier bays.

Western Diagnostics specific requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception. Tenant specific servicing provisions have been included to cater for the Tenants fitout and equipment assembly.
