Warnbro Centre is located 50km south of Perth’s CBD. The centre contains 43 specialty retailers along with both a Coles and Woolworths supermarket totalling 11,285m2 of GLA and 740 car parking bays.

Federation committed to an extensive expansion of the centre totaling over 9600m2 of additional GLA.

The redevelopment incorporate a new Big W of 7,000m2 and additional specialty retail of 2,600m2 along with an additional 300 car parking bays, some of which was provided via a roof top car park on the new Big W.

The expansion is serviced by new travelators and a lift from the deck car park.

The project included works to the existing centre such as refurbishment of existing amenities; repaint existing malls and passages; upgrade to mall lighting; new signage; upgrade existing mall entries; upgrade mall furniture; and a new centre management office.

The project was finished on time and lauded by Federation as an outstanding success.
