Andon Investments engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and act as Superintendent on the construction of their new Headquarters comprises a new warehouse and office in Wakerley Queensland adjacent to their existing facility and head office. 

The development includes a 10,000sqm warehouse, 20,000sqm hardstand and a 400sqm 2 level office.

This new facility will allow VULY to co-locate their Research and Development, Warehousing and Dispatch teams on the same site as their current head quarters.

IPS were engaged to manage the transition of works from the client engaged civil contractor and undertake the tender process for the main contract. 

The building was completed within 9 months from handover enabling VULY to use the facility to dispatch their products to customers for the end of year peak sales period.
