Kincrome Pty Ltd (Kincrome) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of their new Kincrome Tools Distribution facility

in Perth.

The site is 7,448m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of Kincrome.

The facility consists of a 3,300m2 Warehouse and a 300m2 Office and Showroom. The balance of the site is 4,148m2 of external heavy-duty hardstand concrete pavement.

Situated in The Swan Brewery Industrial Estate Canningvale the site has excellent access to trucking routes and the industrial sectors north, south and east of Perth including Kincrome’s client base.

Uniquely, the project was procured through negotiation with a sole sourced D&C Contractor which proved to be very successful.
