Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the ILD Sinopec Distribution and Storage Facility being constructed in the Roe Highway Logistics Park, Perth.
The site is 11,500m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of ILD Sinopec.
The facility consists of 5900m2 of hardstand along with 2,200m2 of internal warehousing and staff amenities and 620m2 of office space with 25 car parking bays. The facility will be used for the storage of and processing of bulk oil products for subsequent sale and distribution.
ILD Sinopec’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception. Insight managed the Procurement, Design and Construction aspects of the project.
