Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) to organise the Development Approval, Brief and Tender of the Direct Freight Express (DFE) project on behalf of the purchaser of land at the Roe Highway Logistics Park (RHLP). DFE then appointed IPS as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of the project.

The project caters for the expanding service provided by DFE in Western Australia brought on both by their natural growth but also the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift towards online purchasing.

The site is 35,222sqm and the facility consists of a 16,466sqm warehouse, 300sqm office, 300sqm workshop, refuelling facility, decked carpark accommodating 191 car-bays and all amenities and staff alfresco. The balance of the site is all external concrete hardstand.
