Dexus engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Warehouse development on Site 502 at the Jandakot Airport Estate. The new facility has been designed as a multi-tenancy facility with flexibility to suit tenant needs. The design allows for four tenancies sized from 1,760 sqm to 4,909sqm.

The main tenancy consists of a ground floor office, whereas the other three are comprised of three mezzanine offices.

The building includes a total of 15,926sqm of warehouse, 947 sqm of offices and amenities, a recessed dock with 2 docks, 9,717 sqm of external heavy duty concrete hardstand and 112 car parking bays.

Dexus set high standards for the project as evidenced by the quality of finish achieved.
