Our Role: Project Manager and Superintendent
Insight Project Services were engaged by AGEM Property Group in the role of project manager and superintendent for the mixed used development at 3 Wilfred Road, Canning Vale.
The project consisted of a 76 place Early Learning Childcare Centre, a 2,400m2 Gym and a 680m2 Medical Centre, in addition to ancillary services and car parking.
The project was completed within budget, ahead of program and without any incidents.
Unique features of this project included the requirement to construct a new mixed use development adjacent to an existing operating building on the site, which required staging of works to minimise any disruption to the business operations.
IPS worked with the Client and anchor tenants to ensure tenants’ needs are met while optimising the design and maintaining cost efficiencies, in addition to developing the procurement strategy for the delivery of the works relative to the key risks and parameters.
The development commenced trading in 2024.
