Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new RSEA Office and Hardstand facility at Roe Highway Logistics Park.
The site is 5,474sqm and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant.
The facility consists of a 550sqm warehouse facility inclusive of Office, Amenities, Storeroom and Washdown bay along with an extensive heavy duty hardstand design to suit RSEA’s storage requirements along with a dedicated carpark for 17 vehicles. The facility stores mainly large hire items used on civil infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.
